Thankik Service Agreement

Terms & Conditions.

These terms govern purchases of Store Autopsy, SectionLift Library, related digital materials, and any ecommerce strategy services provided by Thankik.

1. Agreement

By accessing our website, purchasing a product, submitting store information, using a report, downloading materials, or using any related service, you agree to these Thankik Service Agreement Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, checkout terms, product page terms, and any product-specific written terms shown at the time of purchase.

2. Products and Services

Thankik may offer Store Autopsy, SectionLift Library, ecommerce audits, buying-journey diagnostics, visual PDF reports, section references, AI-assisted prompts, conversion recommendations, strategy documents, and related services. Product names, features, bonuses, delivery timelines, prices, and availability may change at any time unless already confirmed in a completed purchase.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate store URLs, business information, analytics context, access details, screenshots, feedback, and any other information needed to deliver the purchased product or service. You are also responsible for reviewing, validating, implementing, testing, and maintaining any recommendations before relying on them in your business.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates unless expressly stated as guaranteed in writing. Delays may occur if required information is missing, incomplete, inaccurate, or submitted late. Digital products may be delivered by email, download link, Notion, PDF, private page, checkout email, or another reasonable method.

5. No Guaranteed Business Results

Recommendations, audits, examples, templates, and AI-assisted materials are provided for informational and strategic purposes. Ecommerce outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including product, offer, pricing, market, traffic quality, implementation quality, platform, technical setup, inventory, seasonality, competition, and customer behavior. We do not guarantee any specific conversion rate, revenue increase, sales volume, profit, ROAS, CAC, AOV, or business outcome.

6. Payments, Refunds, and Chargebacks

Prices are shown at checkout or on the product page. Unless a specific written guarantee applies, purchases are final because digital and strategy products require immediate work, review, access, or delivery. If a Store Autopsy Results-Driven Guarantee is offered at the time of purchase, the detailed eligibility rules are described in the Store Autopsy Results-Driven Guarantee. Before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or claim, you agree to contact us first at support@thankik.com and allow a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the issue.

7. License and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all reports, frameworks, prompts, checklists, templates, AI assistants, section references, visuals, copy, structures, and related materials remain owned by Thankik or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use purchased materials internally for the specific store or business connected to your purchase. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, upload into public databases, train competing products with, or package our materials as your own.

8. AI and Third-Party Tools

Some products may use AI tools, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting providers, checkout platforms, calendar tools, email tools, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party outages, errors, policy changes, account restrictions, data processing practices, or platform decisions.

9. Client Content and Permissions

You represent that you have the right to share any store URLs, screenshots, analytics, product information, brand assets, customer-facing content, and business information you provide. You grant Thankik permission to use that information solely to deliver the purchased product or service, support you, maintain records, improve internal processes, and enforce this Agreement.

10. Testimonials and Examples

If you provide feedback, testimonials, public comments, results, or case study information, we may request permission to use it for marketing. Published testimonials and examples are individual experiences and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use our website, products, or materials to break laws, infringe intellectual property, mislead customers, submit false information, abuse refund policies, attack or disrupt services, scrape private content, reverse engineer protected materials, resell access, or use recommendations in a way that is deceptive, unsafe, unlawful, or harmful.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thankik will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, ad spend, implementation costs, developer costs, app costs, platform fees, opportunity costs, or reputational harm. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim, unless a different limit is required by law.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine, unless another governing law is required by applicable consumer protection law. You agree to first contact us in good faith before filing any formal claim, dispute, or chargeback. If any part of this Agreement is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue in effect.

14. Updates

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the website or products after updates means you accept the updated terms.
